Heading says it all, i sell at cheap prices with free postage and i have some items at 20+ watches and im doing buy it now, why would i not get someone interested to get the item, don't understand why you would watch buy it now, someone else could quickly get it and you miss out. Other people get that a lot?

people watch for a variety of reasons, not just because they are interested in buying an item. They won't care if they miss out because someone else buys it before them.
Some watch because they have the same item listed or are thinking of listing and want to see if yours sells.

Yep get that alot. They are watching your BIN item but what they are also doing is bidding/watching on an item identical to the one that you have so then they will wait and see if they win it cheaper than what you are selling it for and if they don't then they might by yours or start watching again when you relist it which then really gets your blood boiling so to speak.

im watching several bin items
im debating on what i want now and what can wait and what i can afford to pay as soon as i buy
so watchers also might be watching it till they see if they can afford to buy it now
with bidding you get longer as it can be up to 10 days till u win to pay
with bin it buy and pay now basically
so this could be a reason as well for some watchers
i usually end up buying 60% of whats in my watch or bidding if a auction
i brought 4 bin a few nights ago 1 after the other
but have not brought anything since then

Somethimes I put things in my watch list if I don't have the money to pay straight away. I'm a buy/pay immediately kind of gal! Other times I have a few too many and decide I NEED stuff, thankfully I only watch and not buy, lol!

Oh, and other times I watch, but keep searching just in case I find a cheaper or better version of what I'm looking for. ๐

I have a few hundred items in various watch lists, and the reasons they're there vary a lot - they function as wish lists, reminders, easy access, "around to it"s, and so on. A number of times I've found an item (of which the seller only has one), and potentially missing out is not always enough of a reason to prompt immediate purchase, even if I can afford it, because realistically, I know that most items will crop up again even if I do miss out on that particular one.

I put items on my watch list, so I can show my daughter, who buys old furniture for her house.
Sometimes she has bought things and other times she rolls her eyes at me

I just added a watching policy on my ebay page on all my listings "no watchers please.."
