Customer wants to return item but listing was accurate

I listed an Item as Size L and also included measurements.  Buyer has contacted me and wants to return it as there is a 2nd tag saying size S.  My listing is detailed and accuarte and after being 'abused' by a buyer who did not read the complete listing, I really do not want to refund since there is no error on my part

Don't then. Measurements trump tags.

Be prepared to get a negative. Wouldn't worry me as I sell for money, but some members seem to think feedback is more important. BUT, you could well get a negative even if you accept a return.

If the buyer REALLY thinks the item is 'Not as Described' and opens a Paypal dispute, they will be required to return it to you, by trackable means, at their expense. Even then you would be able to give Paypal information supporting your contention that it is as described, so the buyer would be out return postage with no guarantee of a positive (for them) resolution.

If your buyer lodges a dispute with paypal then you can contest a claim on the basis that detailed measurements were provided in the listing.

IMO the liklihood of paypal determining that buyer can return the item is low IMO - if you are very clear and detailed in your dispute responses - and you have a good seller record with paypal with low disputes lodged.

A tag of S means very little anymore in relation to size tags - some size s equate to a size 6 0r 8 and other plus brands equate it to a size 16 - 18.
