Apologies if topic has been dealt with before but I don't always read all the rules & regulations on being a 'good seller' but why when you download your defect report it only shows neg/neuts? Why can't the item as described count be shown and what item number it was against. How do we learn to put better descriptions if we don't know what item it was for?
This report is useless for sellers. My count for Item as described was showing different today and I've had no feedback other than two given to me yesterday so why does the count no show up on the day feedback is given?
Sometimes I wonder if this is all worth it.

I find that there is often up to a week between the dashboard showing a defect, and it showing in the downloaded report, but once it's there, it will give you the item number, transaction ID and what the defect is (eg 3 or lower star rating for decsription).
Not that it's overly helpful in the long run, unless the buyer has explained why they gave a low rating either in FB or in messages - if it's a low rating with pos feedback that doesn't indicate any problems, it's quite difficult to understand where one might be able to improve...
Just as an aside, something that was bugging me is trying to find the transaction ID to make it easier to determine who left the defect when you have an item that sold multiple amounts (for example, I have an item that I sold 3 of in two days, so the item number and transaction date didn't do much to help me narrow it down, especially since sometimes it seems the dates correspond and sometimes they don't - that is, I've noticed the report shows the US purchase date, so depending on time of purchase, it can appear to be from a different transaction for the same item....
Anyway, my point, each purchase is assigned a unique transaction ID, which is really hard to find, but if you view the order details of a transaction, it's in the URL - that's the only place I've been able to find it.
