I think they are gone, I have just checked my sellers dashboard. Previously had 11 defects - 10 items not received by buyer in China, refunded and blocked; and 1 for item not as described, blank CD sent in error, replaced and received very positive feedback.
Now can't find any defects and not only that, my detailed seller ratings seem to be up a few points.
