Background. Posted the item and ahd all tracking numbers ect... A week goes by and thebuyer informs me that they havent got the item. Cool i contact Aus post and lodge an inquiry, this takes 10 days. The following day the buyer stars to demand a refund, I pass on all info from Aus Post. They kep demmanding a refund. I called ebay who said I do not need to refund yet as I have a tracking number and that they could see that it is being investigated. I have always stated I will refund once Aus post get back to me.
So today the item was returned to me by Aus Post and I give the buyer refund straight away. Send them a message as to what has happened and that I had done the refund as they requested. So now I get a message saying, can you repost the item as I want it. Ummm I have refunded them as per thier request, so am I obligated to now re send the item as well? They have not said they are wanting to pay for it either.

In a word, No. At a guess, I would think they are playing with you. Call ebay and tell them the story. Keep all messages to & fro. Whack them on your Special List also.

I would only post if they re-send payment - you wouldn't be under any obligation to post it to them without payment, and depending on why the package was returned, I would probably also ask for a second lot of postage if it was parcel rates and the reason for non-delivery was due to buyer error (I would pay additional costs myself if it wasn't, though).
