Does the 10% post discount apply to ebay satchels ?

I am currently assuming that from the wording of the discount post offer that the offer only applies to "assessed" post and may mean there is no discount on eBay flat rate post.

Someone please tell me I am wrong !!

Discount does not apply to flat rate parcels.

the services offered in the postage section nearly all have a negotiated discounted price (generally 10% or more) which at this point in time are "forever".

There are two services that eBay have not negotiated AP discounts with that appear on our postage options, but eBay are covering those for a "limited time" and offering discount on those too. Think it's 10% => the regular and express assessed (calculated) parcels weighing up to 500grams.

so flat rate attract the negotiated discount and is invoiced immediately

whereas the calculated parcels 500g (regular and express) which are for a limited time, the rebate will appear as a credit on your account
