EBAY YOU ARE FULL OF FRAUD AND THE BIGGEST HYPOCRITE THAT COULD HAVE EVER WALKED THE PLANET. YOU JUST CLOSED ANOTHER CASE IN THE BUYERS FAVOR THAT HAS FULL TRACKING. TRACKING CLEARLY SHOWS ATTEMPTED DELIVERY. SO NOW I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYERS THAT DO NOT WISH TO COLLECT THEIR ITEMS AND HAVE THEM RETURN ON PURPOSE OR BUYERS WHO PROVIDE WRONG ADDRESSES!!!!! I HOME ONE DAY SOON CONSUMER GROUPS SUCH AS ACCC FINE YOU MILLIONS FOR HAVING WORST PRACTICES IN THE MARKET!!

I assume it is that, given your vast experience in selling and your feedback which ONE MGB won't affect. Either that or you haven't bothered to work out how such claims can be addressed.

Neither do I; P - But I had the blue displeasure of buying something from over there awhile back - a breakable just chucked in a plastic envelope with 1 stamp that arrived broken. OTT post for a parcel & didn't give a flying!

its post protocoles. If item not delivered then its the sender who has to dispute. If its "delivered" then it becomes the reciever's issue. Its unfortunant in your case it was an expensive one. Its a fact of life that mail will be lost from time to time. As a seller i accept this as a risk and pay for lost mail.
