I received this blunt message this morning :-

Hi mate you haven't posted my item yet ??

Arrr, no ! Paid for order at 6.03pm Thursday evening !

Not 100% sure if it was only our PO, but it wasn't open Saturday morning as it usually is until 11.30 and regardless, nothing would leave there anyway.

Well I've sent a very polite message in response (while gritting my teeth) and guess I will now prepare for a neg when it's received. From the name, sounds like a buyer who would not observe Easter

You had better not borrow someone's baby to take the pictures then. They'd be asking why they didn't receive a baby along with the headband!
