Guys and Gals
I have just been in an email war with an ebay rep after we discovered that we had not been receivng the 10% discount in our "Credit" section of our invoices for using the ebay satchels as advertised.
I nearly fell off my chair today when they said if I can send them a list of all the items we had not been rebated on to which I replied "Are you kidding you want me to go through 150 listings and get you the number, cant you just down load my invoice and check it yourself"!!
Starting to get a gutful of this rubbish paying fees on top of postage, only to pay more fees on top of that, but anyway, as it goes, buyer beware and check your credit section of your invoice to ensure you have been getting your 10% discounts.

I have also like yourself been in an ongoing situation with Ebay that still has not been resolved. Hours on chat and another hour and a half on the phone re being overcharged on seller fees postage fees as well!!
They have also told me the same thing re what have i been overhcharged for..when they well are aware..or certainly should be aware of ..even after I gave them examples and me basically telling the supervisor by telephone they were wrong he agreed to go back through my invoices since 13 the august to fix all the overcharging. and I will receive notification within 3 days that thiss has been done... after being told for the 4th time my problem will ne fixed within 24 - 48 hours I doubt it will be any different this time and do not even expect to receive a reply or credits owed to me without another agonising telephone call
By the way I am still being charged insertion fees with a Feature Store Subscription and they advised they can't fix it !
I did wonder about the credits also for Postage I always use the ones that get the discount but OH NO ...do I also need to check these each month as well. THink I will need an accountant ha ha to sort it all out.
It is noted that when you do receive the credits for postage... there is no detail on which items you are receiving the credits for..only a bulk amount.

Yes Im hearing you. We have shifted away from ebay postage and Australia post on our mainstream business duw to the late deliveries, over charging and customers not getting their items.

Pays to read what you're getting, hey?
Even after 5 months.
