I have listed and item on Ebay Australia and when I go to ebayuk and do a search for it, no luck, it does not appear in items available from overseas/
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Not sure why it's not showing as an "overseas item" section thing, but the best thing you can do is enter the postage costs for the countries where you want it to be seen in their eBay.

Although quoting specific postage rates to overseas locations (rather than using a single worldwide rate) will help your visibility on the UK and US sites, unfortunately in your case it won't help as visibility is also limited for sellers who haven't met certain requirements - namely, via selling history. Your first sale has to be at least 90 days old, and you need at least 10 feedback comments from selling to meet those requirements. Until then, your items won't appear in overseas search results - the items will turn up if people use the item number, but they'd already have to have it to use it, so it won't get the items found internationally.
