I bought an item on 22nd June and when it didn’t come yesterday (the ETA was to be by today at the latest) I contacted the seller asking if she'd even posted the folder (it had not been marked as posted on my ebay), she replied that it doesn’t fit into the prepaid bags she had at home so she would take it to the post office tomorrow. This is now 9 days after auction ended and I had paid for it straight after the auction closing and she NEVER contacted me with any problems about the postage of my item. When I asked her to express post it to make up for the delay (as I had sent her $15 postage for my item to get to me today), she said “We are one family using an ebay account. Your item will be sent today but I will not be sending it express post.” Is it allowable under ebay rules for more than one person to list under the one account?

I have no idea if she was hoping that I would forget all about it; wouldn't doubt it honestly. I had bought this item hoping to give to some-one as a present (which turned out to be a belated present). Her attitude toward me in emails when trying to resolve the issue was quite poor, not even taking responsibility for not posting my item as per the item description and eBay policies. I have given her a big fat negative which she has now asked to be reviewed.

I'd be giving them a negative. If they want to use one account they need to be responsable for when they make mistakes they should have sent it express without u asking and for them to say no when u asked just bad service
