Return Policy top tips:
- Accepts returns within 14 days at a minimum. 30-60 days is recommended.
- To truly delight buyers, pay return postage
Offer free and fast postage tips:
- Buyers have come to expect free postage . It can be a deal breaker. So whenever possible, offer free postage to try and win their business.
Geat now I can implent these tips and my sales should sky rocket, just in time for the holiday season 😄

If eBay want to "delight" buyers so much, and think free post all round is just the be all and end all of online commerce, why don't they pay all postage costs?
I'm sure they''ll find the resultant buying frenzy / FVFs worth it, since they're so sure it's what's going to boost everyone's sales; let 'em put their money where their mouth is....
Oh, wait, sellers are supposed to put their money where eBay's hand mouth is. :8}

Exactly, I had those bad experience that buyers returned the dresses with smoky odor or other smells. So obvious that they have been worn and I can't do anything else but issue full refunds. eBay never protects sellers that's really sad!!!!
