What have they changed now?
Don't you realise that they do it to keep our minds active to stave off senile dementia!

Changing the system is the nature of business Im afraid. Every business continuously changes. Its the way business works, or doesnt, as McDonalds may be able to tell you now. lol
With all due respect, I think people expecting others to support them is part of the reason they dont get very far.
Maybe we all (me included) need to change our way of thinking. Ebay simply provides a platform with one basic rule (that they make the rules) - not they, or anyone else, are required to support us.

What an unusual thing to say about a service provider that is paid very, very well for that access.
A part of the advertised service is customer service and customer support.
I do not think that is too much to expect that the customer service that eBay provides could be significantly improved, including more coherent and correct communication about glitches, changes, problems etc etc - thats at a minimum.

I meant a bigger picture than basic customer service and customer support.

what do you mean gtx ?
You posted that "I think people expecting others to support them is part of the reason they dont get very far"
I don't understand what is wrong with people expecting a reasonable level of support from eBay when it makes changes that impact on their service contracts.
