Ebay charging fees including postage

Hello. I am one of those sellers just about Killed off by EBAY's greedy ways . . For December we sold $5509 in items. Cost base was $2952 . . . ENTER EBAY - Fees were $835 - 15.3% . . . . We do all the work, give Ebay more $$$ for postage and take the hit at the POST OFFICE. Is there an alternative? The Current Ebay Fee structure amounts to theft - maybe they want the low level sellers gone?? 

Ebay used to be a worth while avenue to SELL ..................... not now. We're ready to pull the plug.

If you have an issue with me being lablled "Honored Contributor" I suggest you take it up with the Moderators.  They are the only people who can change anything on the boards.

I just started selling on eBay again after 12 years. I can’t believe the amount they take from your sale total and was pretty unimpressed that the postage method I chose they calculated at $19.15 which was paid by the buyer. When I printed the label it said the cost was $9.85 but I never got the difference… that’s very wrong as I bought the box etc to package it. And yes. I did choose the option that said I was packing it myself. No very happy tbh
