Pretty crazy that such a large ecommerce site doesn't seem to have any tech support to resolve glitches! I have called customer service so many times since November and nobody can fix my problem. Furthermore every time you call they want the problem explained again then promise a resolution and call back but they never call or fix the issue!

They rarely really do 'escalate to tech' (which is what their script tells them to say
Not sure who you called as the call center closed years ago due to Covid
Someone from eBay may read your post here, but don't count on it
Best you can do if you need tech is to keep trying eBay help at the top of the page and requesting a supervisor
Technical glitches are not something other members can fix for you
And by fix, I mean other than all the usual stuff you would have no doubt already tried if it has been 3 months + (different browser/real site instead of app/etc)
