Empty perfume bottles are allowed to be sold and all the Cosmetics and Perfume Policy states is:
"Empty flacons – Empty flacons may be sold if no third-party rights are infringed. In addition, the listing must clearly indicate that the item for sale is an empty container"
You can appeal the violation but if someone's reported your listing , there's a very good chance they'll do it again.
I'd also recommend Etsy for vintage items which are over 20 years old
.............................................................................................................................................................................................................
In the meantime, while eBay are busy removing empty perfume bottles and slouch hats.......
Chinese scammers registering fake accounts in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria etc
who are listing thousands of $$$ worth of NON EXISTENT items are being contacted by eBay and are
ending the listings themselves. The FRAUDULENT listings are NOT being removed by eBay.
I could post 20 different IDs where this has happened just in the last 2 weeks, but I'm not allowed to .
And 18 months down the track, a seller with 196 negatives on 17.8% feedback still has 48,000 items for sale
It's an absolute disgrace !

I'd also recommend that you don't relist in any category, the item/s that eBay's removed, unless you have the listing violation removed.
AND Check your 'designer' labels carefully in case the same thing happens again.
