Ebay staff do not read here. If you are getting emails with links in them but the same messages are not in your Ebay messages on the Ebay site, then please do not click on any links in your emails, it is likely a scam to get your details.

Change your password (going through the site, not via an email) as it is a good idea to regularly change your password anyway.

In case your account has been hacked you should contact eBay directly using the link below. When contacting them it is best to use either the "chat with us" option, where you will get a transcript of the chat emailed to you, or the "have us call you" option where you tend to get a better DS rep than if you call them.

Those options are at the bottom of the page.

forward the email to: spoof@ebay.com.au

they will get back to you & let you know whether it is phishing or legit

Yep, what the others have said. Don't ever respond to any emails you receive direct (and definitely don't follow any links), Ebay will always message you on the website. If a message from them is legitimate, they will message on site
