Error transferring from PayPal account to bank account

I’m trying to move funds into my bank account. On the PayPal page I select transfer to bank account and the page just refreshes. I can select it over and over and nothing changes. Is PayPal playing up today? New trick to keep our money longer?

Any ideas?

And yes I’ve tried other devices, clearing cache etc etc. no difference

I just transferred paypal funds to bank account using the standard FREE option...no problems. (to CBA)
It is possible that if you're using the 'Instant' 1% fee option?

If your account is not set-up to receive instant payments the transfer may fail.

It’s not even going that far.

On the screen where it shows balance and has the box under it saying transfer funds, when I select that it loads then comes back to the same page again. Effectively does nothing.

This is on an apple device not a computer.
