Why am I getting bills form ebay that are unsubstantiated and I cannot reply and complain? My last bill of fees is $50.54 from gross sales of $201.57. But if I add all the fees from my sales page it only comes to $11.47. why so big difference and why is ebay not explaining what i am paying for? if I go to a shop and buy things my invoice lists all things i have bought that add to the total sum, but not in ebay billing... why not. Quite frankly 25% fee for all sales is a rip iff, I am thinking of chukking the whole ebay business. I operate on a very thin margin already but I get the feeling that I am only making the fat ebay bossess rich.

Lets not make this worse than it is, I have got a lot of good ideas and advice and like everything I will do my own research to verify that what I have learned is correct.
My concerns were raised when I got an invoice that did not match with the fees indicated in the ebay bill, it was 5 times larger, so my first reaction was **bleep**. The fundamental problem at ebay is that they send an invoice that does not explain where the bottom line comes from, there may be a place to see each item but so far I have not found it yet.
My last bill ending March was $50. but what is it made of? how can i see each item? this is the problem and it really pees me off. there simply should be a button that says "View bill details" but there is not or at least I cannot find it. It frustrates me beyond belief when people design web sites that are cumbersome and difficult to navigate, either they do it on purpose or they are idiots.

I think i have been on this path before and I cannot see "view monthly account" or any similar links that would show me all items in the bill. there is "Invoice" box on the RHS of the screen and then select the bill/invoice and GO but even that does not show what the invoice consists of. It only gives me the total but notall the transactions.

hannu, where you see the view invoice thing on the right, select the month you want to see and then click go. When the invoice comes up on the page you will see the summary table, but if you keep scrolling down you will see all your fees and exactly what each charge is for including item and transaction numbers the charge relates to.

ok you are doing it right after you click go on the right side up the top schroll down and you will see what you got billed for the wholle month every single transaction
also hanna you only get 40 free listings a month you have more than that so you get charged a minimum of $1.50 to list and to relist it can be very expensive when you sell low money items

That's it joethenuts and pennyforum14, I must have been a bit impatient becasuse i did not see that before. and as discussed before half of the fees are relisting $1.50 which I will be very careful from now on.

BIN listings can be set to run for 3, 5, 7 or 10 days (with up to 3 free relists).
AUCTION listings can be set to run for 1, 3, 5, 7 or 10 days (also with up to 3 free relists).
W T F is it about the above that you can't grasp?
Now I'm out of here 'cos I've got a bloody headache. 😞
