I DON,T AGREE WITH EBAY,S FEEDBACK AS I HAVE BEEN LEFT NEG FEEDBACK AFTER 22 DAYS OF SALE, THE PLANTS WERE SENT WELL PACKED AND ALL HEALTHY, NOW THE BUYER SENDS ME BAD FEEDBACK BECAUSE SHE LOST SOME HER FAULT, SO NOW THIS IS ON MY ACCOUNT, SO I HAVE DECIDED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUT, I SELL FROM HOME, I DON,T NEED THIS PROBLEM,

You are taking this way too personal and you don't need to. As "Foxette" said you have provided an excellent follow-up reply. You have plenty of positives which outweigh this one negative feedback. Buyers aren't stupid they can read between the lines and one negative isn't going to ruin you. The only person who is going to ruin it for you โ is yourself and the way you are thinking and behaving. Remember there are plenty of other sellers out there who have dozens of negatives and still continue to sell, they just get on with it and move on. I agree, no one wants a negative and who is ever happy about it, no one! But if you know you have done the best you can and have done nothing wrong, thatโs all that matters, it is not a reflection on you personally, its just a case that you canโt please everyone and it doesnโt mean that the buyerโs comment is right. You really need to take some time and rethink your decision.
And I have to agree with the other posters, you need to remove that comment in your listing, it really does make you look bad!

- - - - and imagine how that poor seller felt last week that you left a neg for... did you try to sort that one out? open a PayPal dispute??

And.....after looking at your feedback again this time closely, you have left many sellers negative feedback and/or expressed how dissatisfied you were with an item. Your comments whether true/false or whatever the case maybe, you have opted to exercise your right to do so. Remember buyers who purchase from you have the same right. It works both ways!

I see you've removed the supposed rant against eBay on the listing that I checked, so that's a good move. If you took the choccy and cuppa advice, it seems to be working.
Your feedback is fantastic and buyer's have confidence in you. Don't let one (or even two or three) negative comments ruin your eBay experience. Just try to do the right thing and let the chips fall where they lay.
