In the dropdown menu next to the item in your My eBay, select resolve a problem, then I want to cancel the transaction. The buyer will receive a message via eBay, which also advises them not to agree until they have received a refund, so make sure your buyer knows exactly what is happening as some will not accept the cancellation based on that and you can only send it once.
