A couple of weeks back we sold an item.
It arrived in the post with some damage. Flattened possibly by having something heavy squashing it down in transit.
Rather than attempt a simple repair using a curling wand, the buyer asked to send it back for a refund.
We agreed and she returned the item to us.
Clearly it was far worse for wear than it was when it left here.
We gave her a 100% refund, but not including her return postage. She declined that offer.
Today she has left us glowing POS FB, saying "...there is a wonderful person behind this ebay store".
After all the complaints about bad buyers I just wanted to share this with everyone. They are not all bad!

99.999% of all my buyers that I have any post delivery communication with are lovely, only ever had one feral and the old timers will perhaps remember what happened to her!
