Feed Back Question

Hi All again

Twice in one day with a query......Anyway I sold 2 books to a buyer in the USA. He has left me Positive Feedback for both items but My feedback counter has not changed. Umm I thought maybe someone has left a Neutral but no All Positive. I have set Auto feedback when feedback is left. I also thought the buyer might have purchased somethingelse within the last week but again no..Is eBay still having glitches? or has something changed lately?.

Thank You

PS I will be back with a 3rd about Australia Post very shortly.

Firstly, your feedback count would only have risen by 1 because the same buyer left feedback twice within 7 days (on the same day, in fact), and now that eBay have rudely stopped listing specific dates on which feedback was left, I can only assume that a positive which was left for you at the same time 12 months ago has fallen of the other end.

If you use the "follow-up to feedback" link - http://feedback.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ReviewFeedbackLeft - you'll be able to see the actual dates on which feedback was left for you a year ago, and my guess is that you were left one on the same date last year which no longer counts. I can think of no other logical reason.

Bugger, I was thinking of negs & neutrals, wasn't I? Incidentally, as you ask, as today (or yesterday now, I suppose) was my birthday, I actually lost count of the number of times I spoke with Mr Beam last night, but suffice it to say that it was probably more than 5 (but still in single figures). ๐Ÿ™‚
