Sometime ago I changed my listings to Free Postage Worldwide. This was to raise the DSR from 4.8 to 5.0 by forcing the Postage & Handing charges to a compulsory 5.0
So now I have 100% positive feedback and all DSR's at 5.0 - Hooray
But in the meantime they brought in "Defects" and because an item got lost in the English floods last November I got a INR. My items are small, not very valuable and easily replaced at minimal cost to me so the item was replaced immediately but the defect will hang around like a bad smell til November or December.
Not happy about this, at all
