Got my first cancelled order this morning. A $12 Lego polybag. Can I assume that giving this reason the buyer acknowledges they have received the item. Or am I making an ass of myself?
I accept returns so the eBay bots have approved the request. No problem from me with that.
I have received the automated message advising that I don't have to refund the payment until the item is received. excellent
Is the eBay clock ticking to a point where eBay deems I have received the item back?
Seriously can't see the buyer paying for tracking to return the item. So there won't be any proof of delivery. I'm not going to be some scumbag ahole and pretend not to receive it. But is there a point where eBay will "force" the refund via Paypal, if I don't do "something"?
Thanks in Advance

It's less hassle if you don't offer returns.
