Honest Opinions Please
On Policy ??
Ebay.com.au - Allows " THROWING KNIVES " to be legal ? You can sell to over eighteens!
Yet you CANNOT sell any "Adult "Play" Handcuffs"
Do you think that Ebay.com.au. should allow sellers to sell
" Fake Fluffy PRETEND Handcuffs/quick release-
for adult play "
.... and as everyone that is" registered" has to be 18 !!!
then we are seemingly all adults
Ebay au.Policy Seems Dumb to me?

Yes, they are illegal in Queensland. My friends owned an adult shop and could only sell ones that did not require a key and could easily be unlatched.

For restraints needed is a Security / Police / Defence / Corrections licence with the appropriate classes.
Only for the real police ones.. The ones the OP is talking about have a safety latch for quick release..
I can't see why you couldn't, you can buy leather restraints on here and plenty of other fetish type stuff is listed..
