I have typed a full description of my goods on the 'create your listing' page, but when I press the 'continue' button, I am returned to the top of the same page. This is happening on both Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome browsers. I now have two listings ready and can complete neither of them
What can I do now?
Please help a newbie in need.

Yes there has been some tweaking with the Policy Sections (Payment, Shipping, Refund). So you need to check that they are in place. Also if your pictures are not at least 500 pixels on one side your listing will not be accepted by eBay.
Also check that the Make An Offer box is not ticked (between the quantity and listing duration) as this has been happening for all my new listings, so need to untick, unless you are offering that option.

Thanks for your suggestions. All fields have been checked and completed. Still no change.

There was another suggestion in another thread which had apparently helped solve similar issues. And that was to clear your History. Somehow there has been a glitch on eBay (one of many) and this apparently has resolved it. Worth a try!!!

I have found that when I have included photos less than 500px (although it may be only one out of 2 or 3 for the same item) it doesn't prevent me listing - i just get a warning. So I doubt this is the reason.
But that default setting for Make an Offer is really annoying me. I don't want to include it, and even though I use Sell Similar when listing the next item (same category) I still have to uncheck that box every time - and it's not quick to activate that unchecking either. Such a nuisance.
But sorry to the OP - I have no idea why you cannot complete your listings, although I did notice at one stage in the lat 1/2 hour the photo uploader wasn't working and had to resort to the basic uploader. So perhaps there are glitches happening currenrtly. Try again later.

In Firefox - "Tools>Options>Privacy"
In Chrome - the triple horizontal bar icon at the far right of the address bar (intuitive, yeah!), "Tools>Clear Browsing Data"
In IE - NFI.
Edit: Sorry I though you said you didn't know. Still, the info might be useful to somebody else, so I'll leave it.
