Free listing promotions

Apart from the discussion board , where do you find the link to an. up and coming eBay's free listing promotions? I used to get an email from eBay inviting me to use the promotion but that's stopped don't know why

email is the only other option if sent one.

Maybe after a member has used the free listing a lot they stop sending them

So dangle the free ones, get the new seller hooked and wind them in and make them pay from then on.

I thought that might b he case so I opened up a new account but still haven't received an of these offers

I started watching the Discussion Page for free listings over a year ago, and accepted them as soon as they came up.

I have never had an email from eBay for over a year .... and YES, prior to that, I was getting them at least once a month ..... I think the "carrot" theory is correct.
