Hi everyone, I had an unpaid item case open earlier today against a non paying buyer of mine, but todays case is a little different to the norm. It's showing the buyer can still leave feedback & I haven't rec'd the usual email telling me that the case has opened & the buyer has been advised. Just wondering if anyone else has had this occur with UIA or is this just a Friday glitch..Thanks
