So I'm just a little eBayer but it's getting a bit annoying, with tracking using the prepaid parcels sometimes it hasn't reached the destination or it's gone somewhere wrong and what am I supposed to do, just refund buyer I guess. I mean after you scan it it doesn't show the address anywhere so who's to say it was addressed wrongly? I've had an item sent to the wrong suburb myself. Happening more frequently now. Is taking a photo of parcel with buyers address on it any better? Some tracking codes seem dead as well don't show up when you try to track them. Seeming to be big hassle now that and them taking twenty percent it's a bit tough, lol

I sent four packages off today and Only one of them say it was received by Australia post. What's the bet they haven't been lodged properly? Maybe only scanned the first item. What a pain in the ass if this is the case.

If you are using pre-paid satchels, I'd take a photo of it after it's addressed (I do this anyway, with the items being packed into the parcel, for a variety of reasons). The other thing you can do is request the destination postcode be entered when the packages are scanned in, as that will show up on the receipt and provide at least some additional, matching info (this may also help if whoever is scanning in is doing something incorrectly. Occasionally the safff at my PO will miss something and a package won't appear on the receipt, but they know I want the lodgement receipt for all packages so if they spot it themselves they'll re-do it).
I create my labels through My Post, though, and also save a copy of the PDF that's generated, which contains all of the delivery information so can prove that way the exact address the package was sent to if it's ever needed, though you do need the delivery scan for eBay as well. .

Then you obviously aren't lodging over the counter and getting lodgement receipts. A no-brainer in every-day selling, and especially relevant now.
As the seller, you would know how they were lodged, and whether or not you got lodgement receipts. I smell a troll.
