Going through the enforced managed payments (Why isn't this an opt-out issue?) Im required to give ebay my client number and password is this correct?

Yes they are. What is your question? Have you read the workarounds posted in this, or the dozen other threads about this?

 

I won't be doing your work for you. I simply gave the required information, then changed my password. Something everybody should do periodically.

I actually filled up the form... And then panicked, cancelled my first sale, change my pin and closed my eBay account and now I can't sleep... I can't believe I did that...

My info is it's not correct. When you get to the page where you put in your bank details you are redirected to a scam site that asks for bank id and password. I got this from Ebay. They have given me aanother site where I can enter my bank bsb only.

Don't  provide bank id and password. This request for bank id and password seems to be a hack in to the ebay site redirecting sellers to a scam site.
