HELP How to use the ebay pay for postage -pre paid satchels ???

Since the click and send system changed over earlier this week, I have been sending my items as parcels through click and send as all have been under 500g, now I have a parcel that needs to go in a 3kg satchel, so I have gone to ebay to pay through there system, except I cannot seem to work out how to do it, I have read the instructions on the click and send website and I still can't get it to work, Not sure if I am missing something, any help greatly appreciated, thanks

If you have sold an item - and it has been paid for - there should be a drop down menu on the right, PRINT POSTAGE LABEL

I think you are in MANAGE POSTAGE LABELS which is not where you want to be

sad news, ebay labels are only one at a time, but worth it for the saving

hmm....I wonder how long it's going to take them ( with all the extra income from postage fees) to tweak their software to enable four up per A4 sheet?

It's a pain in the proverbial and think of the trees....lol

But ebay rip us all off now by charging us a "fee" and the cost of their satchels so when you add it all up it is no cheaper than acutally using AP prepaid satchels (buying in bulk for the discount) but ebay still charge us a fee on postage even if we don't use ebay labels.  TOTAL RIPOFF

Ebay Rule: You cannot profit from postage - but its all a case of "do as I say NOT as I do".

The point is that currently we get eBay postage at a discount to AP postage that cancels out the extra FVF.

Of course nobody forces you to use eBay labelling and satchels, so you can simply pay the extra 95c for AP satchels and pay FVF on that as well.
