Hi, I am new to the forum and need your help.
I just used Click & Send for the first time.
First of all, not all my sales details had been imported (even though they where paid by Paypal on the week-end), so I entered some manually. All went well, until I noticed I had entered the details of someone for which I was going to send the items in a 5KG pre-paid satchel instead of the details for someone else which was going to be in a 3KG ebay satchel.
So now, I have paid for the 3KG satchel on click & send but have the wrong details on it.
Can I just cross out the name and address on the printed label?
I can seem to be able to edit anything in Click & Send anymore as the order had been finalised.
Please help.

No, you cannot cross out details manually
But don't worry, click and send will refund you
Just send them an email - if you paid by credit card it does take a week.

Thanks a lot, paid by paypal, but don't mind the wait anyway, as long as I get refunded and now know what to do (and what not to do!).

No, do not send email, call them and they will cancel it. Then print out the correct label.

Hi, ring click and send, they will tell you what to do, I had to send details to them before they refunded. They are very helpful and give correct information

Done it several times for range of reasons 😮
Each time I have just sent an email with the details via their contact us link on website, and each time super quick response confirming that refund issued either via paypal or credit card.

I have both rung and emailed and have received my refund within about a week, I don't think it matters which way you contact them.

I had to ask for a refund only last week, I did the click and send and then read an email from buyer asking me to send to another address. I rang click and send and they told me to email them the details of the one that needed refunding and just to do another click and send with the correct details, they emailed me saying the refund is going through, I haven't seen it yet but also haven't looked, they did say it will take a week or so.
