Because I can....
I'd like to thank Alice and the Aussie Post Store.
Despite the fact that I have read many helpful posts from Alice, it seems to me there a quite a few posters who like to have a dig ather from time to time on the boards........from likening or actually referring to her as an automaton, aiming personal comments regarding feedback/DSR's and other norty things that I just couldn't be bothered to recall. I'm sure she is a big girl and a duck comes to mind.
I'm not sure what the issue is with the slow postage but my C&S satchels over a few ID's have always BUT always arrived in quick time since I first started ordering them ages ago.
This , of course doesn't mean that there wouldn't be some in such a high sales volume store - granted.
Please correct me if I am wrong but I didn't think ALICE was AUSTRALIA POST
Each time I see a negative comment posted I have a quick look at the feedback just to check I'm not missing anything and I do get a laugh at a few of odd negative feedback comments left.
So On Ya Alice & Team

Alice works for Australia Post and posts here as a representative for AP.

I think we all appreciate Alice, and I have not seen any personal digs at her. There have been number of complaints about AP, but nobody is blaming Alice. 🙂

I forgot that one 🙂 Did not she say that there is a period in which you can use them, but the OP was talking about very old satchels?
But she did help several people with their undelivered but signed for parcels.

The number of articles that have problems and tend to stick in our minds, compared to the number of items The Postal Service deliver through wind, rain, and snow, is miniscule compared.
I have great admiration of the dedicated service and have had since the days of The PMG, and will continue to take my hat off to Australia Post.
Alice too. 🙂

Yes, AP has an excellent record over all; I believe it is most efficient in the world, or at least one of the most efficient.
But when something does go wrong it takes lots of perseverance to get anywhere - just look at the Coop's story. 🙂

"Alice works for Australia Post and posts here as a representative for AP.".......AND??????
I would not have initiated this post if I had not seen "personal" digs at Alice and not "Australia Post" as a whole. ( delivery service
We all know they happen so pleeeeeeease don't give me the additional daily task of hunting through old posts to find verbatim posts.
This post was initiated as a "thank you" - in the selling forum - only because I have seen the little snips and they have thus far never applied to myself ( in regard to selling ).
If I have posted in the incorrect area please let me know - I'm sure there are other warmer and fuzzier sites with the same integrity as this one.
Big hugs to all who have nothing nice to say....and ALICE
and may the karma continue on its loop

oooh miranda
I believe it was coops story that prompted me to initiate this post - and fingers crossed there that all turns out well.
I read Alice's post and I think you call it the proverbial straw and it has something to do with a camel.....
Anyway everyone is definately entitled to their own opinion and has the freedom to voice it in a forum such as this.
I'm happy with it......
