Hello,could someone tell me how to reinstate a bid I cancelled due to location?

Hello,

I only sell to Aus,so I cancelled a bid from another country.

Now she tells me she lives in Sydney but has not changed her location.

So I now want to reinstate her bid.

Seems the OP ended the listing. I wonder what happened? As for the cancelled bidder, I wonder if they just bid on a heap of stuff, then win something and cancel their bids on everything else. Wouldn't be the first person to do that. They've bid on more stuff the same. I'd also be curious as to which country this bidder has come from. For some reason, I'm going to guess Africa somewhere......
