Hi all I haven't listed on ebay for quite some so today I updated my Turbo Lister and attempted to make a listing.
When I try to upload I get an error message "Error - Condition is required for this category"
Try as I might I cannot for the life of me find where on Turbo Lister I can put this information. I know previously I have been able to but it is not showing under the category I have chosen which is 46283 --> Home & Garden > Kitchen, Dining, Bar > Utensils, Gadgets > Racks, Holders.

You need to pick if it is new or used.
Under Details is
Item specifics
Condition
pick new or used from the drop down of condition.

When I checked on mine, there's a dropdown menu to select the item condition in the Details section, which is directly underneath the Title and category selection section.

I know you said you updated TL, but if that's not showing, I'm wondering if re-synching may help, as I think there's some things that are software updates and others that are communicated from eBay.

Thats the whole problem. There is no condition drop down box in item specifics, only brand and material. I have even tried to manually add my own drop down box with condition but that didn't work.

Try installing the complete version update, if you haven't already. That usually fixes most TL issues.
And synchronize [sic].

It's not in that screen, kcmmum. It's on the main TL page, where dg showed it.

This is what I get. I just updated today. I might uninstall and reinstall and see if that helps.

Mine doesn't show the item condition by default either, but when I select the category, Turbo Lister connects to eBay to retrieve details and once that's done, the Item Condition drop down menu appears.
Is this window not popping up at all?
An uninstall - reinstall may work, but I'd try the synchronise option first.
