Hi Just started using Click & Send. Can anyone help with printing the labels to the size (4 to an A4 page) please? Ours are showing on the screen the right size but are printing off about half that size - worried the shipping information on the label might be a little small for the poor Posties to read. Mine print 4 to a sheet.

What does the print preview show? Not the pdf, but your printer's before you hit 'print'. Maybe look at your advanced settings and see what jumps out.

That's about all I can think of, sorry.

If you have a 'print to file' selection, make sure that is ticked.

I tried for ages to resize, but don't fret...  so long as you position the barcode where they can scan it, it always seems to arrive..

I did change couple of advanced settings. It was strange because what was showing on the preview screen (4 fitting perfectly on an A4 page)  was printing our at half of that size.

I ended unticking the Invoice and summary section and they printed out perfectly.

I ended up fixing it if I don't print out the invoice and summary which seems to effect it.

You have given me great Peace of Mind knowing that Australia Post will still be able to scan them and they will be delivered.
