If the listing was ended without being sold, (you would have had to cancel the current bid before ending the listing), then there will be no final value fee payable. If there were any other fees incurred (insertion fee, if not a free listing, plus any extra features you may have used), then they will still be payable.
If you go to My eBay > Account, you will see the total of any current fees owing and can look at a list of individual fees that have been charged to your account.
