How can I give Discount when all items are FREE Postage

I quite often have returning customers buying my items.

All my BIN listings are now FREE postage in order to comply with the new Premium Service requirements.

So if my buyer has multiple items on the list that are all FREE postage when I try to send a discount invoice I get an error that says something like "Please enter a value less than ZERO".

To my tiny brain -$2.00 is less than ZERO. **bleep**!!

I want to be able to reward my returning customers but seem to be blocked from doing it.

Any ideas ppl?

The eBay system only allows you to discount postage.

If your items are all Free Post then you can't apply a discount to the invoice for mutiple purchases. You can give them a bonus item or send a partial refund through PayPal or if they pay by bank transfer you could ask them to just pay the total less discount.

If you regularly sell multiples of the one item you could also have listings for bulk quantities with a lower unit price.
