Unfortunately sellers can only leave positive feedback for buyers, so don't be tempted to leave a false positive as that is against Ebay's policies. I hope you have opened a non-paying dispute with Ebay so that you can get your fees back.

This is very unfortunate, I have had this happen several times this year and I'm sick of it. Isn't eBay supposed to protect the sellers as well? these people are free to keep bidding and buying, with only a strike against there name that we as trading partners can't access! If I know someone isn't paying for items they are buying, I am sure not going to bid on items they are selling.

If you have your settings set so that buyers with more than 2 strikes can't bid, you don't need to know how many strikes they have. They will be blocked automatically

It's really not fair, is it? Buyers can just get away with not paying, and you can't do anything about their feedback. Discrimination, I say!

It's a marketing ploy to make everything look good, end of the day if you see some one with to much negative you want buy and some one wont make a commision.
