I have posted thousands of records. One says item never arrived but gave proof of postage. A dispute was lodged and before outcome I recieve NEGATIVE feedback, case still open so I would like it retracted till outcome. Only fair me thinks !!

Also because of dispute I am unable to reply or defend myself. Ebay you need to also look after us sellers. This stinks !!

Hi For the most part ebay don't read these message boards. You might be better contacting customer support, you will find the link at top of any page.

Supplying tracking is hardly enough, is it full tracking that shows delivery to the buyer's address or is it just the basic tracking which only shows delivery to a mail centre? If it is full tracking and it shows as delivered have you told the buyer that you will assist them in a complaint to AP if they have not actually received it, if it only shows as delivered to the nearest mail centre have you told them you will refund if they give it a few more days after you chase it up with AP?
