Its not the way I was brought up to treat people thats for sure

Once you create a postage label whether you print it or not you will be charged by ebay who then passes payment to Aust Post.   It really is not ebays fault that you have not used the label.

What you need to do is go to your selling section and on the left there will be a section - Manage Postage labels - Go into that section and on the right there is a drop down box for the unused label and select cancel label.

Bare in mind a refund will take sometime to come through to your account as it needs to be verified through Australia Post that the label was not used.

you can get refunded for postage that ended up not being used.  Iโ€™ve not ever used eBay postage, but others here have and someone will let you know what to do to get refunded.

In the meantime, services like that normally have a โ€œHelpโ€ link that includes FAQs.  You may find your answer there.

Traps to gather it up everywhere. Traps, traps and more traps for the uninitiated.

I always thought you had to print the label before it was debited your account. Itโ€™s almost entrapment, isnโ€™t it, although I guess itโ€™s our responsibility to know how it all works. Weโ€™ve been back nearly 12 months now and I wasnโ€™t aware of this. Duh! Again!
