I had an old no longer existing paypal on my listing by mistake, but now I can't send the new paypal address to the buyer due not being allowed sending email addresses thru ebay messages. What should I do?

You could send the buyer an invoice by Paypal

Happened to me a number of times over the years.
As you cannot change the paypal email addy after sale for that transaction, I can only outline how have approached it to get payment processed.
I message the buyer apologising for typo error in paypal email address and indicate that they will receive an invoice via paypal that references ebay transaction so they retain buyer protection for the transaction. I advise that i will send it to their eBay email addy on the sale advice notice email.
If they have made payment (an hourglass appears in payment icon in a sellers sold items) it will show in their paypal as unclaimed and I advise them of this, and that they are able to select cancel transaction at their end to cancel the payment.
I send new invoice via my paypal account and I to try and counter buyer concern that i am may be some type of "scammer" I always reference the the eBay item number and item title on the invoice as well as noting that the invoice is being sent direct due to typo error in email address in the ebay listing (noting the limited word space you are allowed).
If the buyer is not agreeable to paying direct through paypal, a transaction cancellation will need to occur, the item relisted and the buyer will need to purchase and pay again.

i had this happen recently as a buyer
and as the catpjs said above
this is what the seller did and my item arrived with no other issues
also make sure seller marks as unpaid on their end and buyer does the same on their end
then follow the instructions catspj gave above to send invoice from paypal
