How long for Unpaid Item case to close??

I've got an unpaid item case going right now, but there's no indication at the resolution centre as to when I'll get my FVFs refunded. Anyone know?

The person is obviously not going to pay -- 10 days later, and no response after three contact attempts.

YOU need to close it manually after 4 days & then you'll receive a refund of your FVF.

You're so lucky to have your 1st UPI dispute after over 6,000 transactions-congratulations :-x

It's not my first one by any means Foxette (sadly!) its just that eBay have made it less clear as to what I'm supposed to do.

Thanks for the advice though, I'll close it as they're obviously not going to fork out.
