How ridiculous , buyers can return items because they changed their minds?

It has got rediculous now , after Pay Pal rips 3 per cent for what - to send a rocket to mars . Why is eBay trying to keep up with Amazon with rediculous rules they force upon sellers . Isn't it good enough that they carge up to 25 per cent fees with ebay/Paypal .  i believe this is the mark of the decline of eBay . 16 years is not a bad run .They spend their time trying to compete with Alibaba by prioritizing the third rate Chinese rubbish half of which doesn't work anyway , so as to try to ensure Alibaba doesn't overtake them & make them irrelevant . No one can find anything anymore on eBay , especially locally , hence the rise of Facebook marketplace . eBay you have transferred all the risk to sellers , to the point that it is simply not worth advertizing with you anymore . So are you going to refund the whole amount , postage fees & all . If so sellers could make a loss selling with you , go figure!

I'm afraid you would need to contact eBay with all your questions

As for the question in your heading, unless it has changed very recently, buyers can only return an item due to change of mind if the seller accepts change of mind returns

Of course, there are the eBay protected dodgey buyer who will pretend an item is faulty to get a refund when in reality they simply changed their mind

Your post is a little unclear. Your heading says you are complaining about items returned for "change of mind", you must have "returns accepted in your listings, just change it to "no returns accepted", first problem solved!! Then you are complaining about Paypal charging 3% and seem to think it is still owned by eBay?? Newsflash...eBay no longer owns Paypal. Paypal is a business like any other and no-one works for nothing, so if you don't want to pay for a service you simply do not use it.  Second problem solved!!

Indeed, some of OP's listing quite clearly show returns accepted and some don't
