How to Word Reply to Messager who has no Paypal Account?

I received a question from a potential buyer who has no Paypal account and wanted to know if she bought it how she could pay.

I answered that she could pay as a guest through Paypal or I could invoice her after the auction ended and she would get the invoice in her email inbox. 

(Is this correct?)

I keep getting blocked and a warning that I am not allowed to outside of eBay on a transaction. (My words)

I am not trying to do a deal outside of eBay!!!!!!!!!!!

If the item is purchased through ebay that is fine and just let the buyer know that they can pay via bank deposit.

If they win the item send your bank account details ie Name on account BSB and ACC number and bank name.

It is them as the buyer that is taking any risk as they have no protection with bank dep.

Then once their payment shows in your account post it too them.

There are certain words and phrases that either cause messages to be automatically blocked, or get stripped from the message itself (email addresses). "PayPal invoice" is one of those phrases, as I discovered recently. (Likewise, I was not attempting to conduct a transaction outside of eBay, just trying to help a customer who had already purchased from me via eBay).

In the end I just said "send an invoice" and the message went through fine, so you may just have to mix up or slightly alter the wording a little to get the same meaning across without eBay's "naughty" word combos.

I have recently received that irritating message when trying to arrange for an invoice for 3 lots of items from the same seller that were won within 2 weeks and I needed to give up and pay with 3 invoices which fortunately nearly added up to the total amount. I had also asked the seller to send me an invoice from Paypal's site for the $3.50 I owed but evidently that was also a major crime.

You can avoid the problem by directly emailing a buyer Jenny. You receive their email address in an ebay email after an auction ends and it's in the bid history.

There is no need to mention invoices, you don't need an invoice to use Paypal as a guest, you just click on pay now and you will get the option on the sign in page.

All you need say to a prospective buyer is that they can use Paypal as a guest without registering or, if you want,   that they can pay by bank deposit.

I did suggest that to her and she replied that she was unable to do that. It would not let her. I think there is a limit to how many times you can be a guest of PP, isn't there? Anyway she said PP kept insisting that she open an account.

I did send her my bank details but it  looks like she is a non payer! Lol! All this attention for nothing.
