How to activate Buy it now or Best offer

I was wondering if anyone can help me on how I can choose the Buy it now or best offer option as a seller..cant figure it out..thanks.

When listing an item, select Online Auction in the price section and there you can have a BIN option.

But in order to have best offer you need to select Fixed price and select best offer, you can't have best offer with an auction or BIN.

To clarify -

Auction with BIN - no best offer.

Fixed Price with BIN - can have best offer.

Where it says 'Choose how to sell your item' use the fixed price tab, you will then see a box to tick if you want to make best offer available too.
