Yes I have a balance that shows how much I have in there, but I used to be able to have it set out in colums with a fianl column showing the fluctuations up and down.
Sorry, I haven't explained it very well, but I guess it was a bit like a spreadsheet layout without having all of the little boxes.

Really, all of the debits and credits and the total available after each transaction.

You used to be able to set this as a standard view, but it doesn't seem so any more - however, you can view all recent history with a running balance.
When you log in to PayPal, above your recent transactions is a row of links - just click the last one that says "Activity (including balance & fees"). You can then set the view to either last 30 days, 90 days, all of 2020, all of 2019, or a custom date range, and can also download the results.

Your Paypal is obviously different to ours. We only have "Activity" with no choice to include balance & fees.

Me neither. This is what 'Activity' brings up:
I'm trying to get an extra column on the right with a running balance.

Mine shows on the summary page (not activity), 3 links - one to see all payments sent, one for all received, and one for all transactions with fees & balance. Mine is a business account, but I can't see why these options would have become exclusive to that account type. o_O

Thanks, digi, The difference must be because yours is a business account. Ours is just a persional account. Thanks for trying to help though. Much appreciated.
