How to send additional invoice for already shipped and paid item?

Hello

I need to ship additional invoice for an  item which was send as replacement for original shipping (original was lost), after all the original shipping arrived at later on and now my customer has 2 items, He wants to keep additional item and he asked me for invoice so he could send my payment. I shipped replacement via ebay/paypal using option 'print additional label" , but know I dont see any option for creating and sending new invoice, because original item was paid off already.

Anyone know how to do it? Thnx for any info

Use paypal to send him an invoice - you will have his paypal email address already from when he paid first, and just put the title and item no in the details so it is perfectly clear what he is paying for.

I feel like a dummy - but - how do I send an invoice through Paypal?

You can create a new invoice through PayPal or eBay by following these steps:

1. PayPal: Go to the "Tools" menu, select "Invoicing," and then click "Create Invoice." Fill in the details for the additional item and send it to your customer.

2. eBay: Go to the "Sold" items, find the replacement item, and select "Send Invoice" from the options. Adjust the amount if necessary.

If you still can’t find the option, you might need to create a manual invoice or contact customer support for assistance.
