Ca n someone help , I need to shut down my address , haven't produced product for 3 years but somehow the odd person places an order , can't seem to contact eBay for any human help just keep going round and round on self help .

I wonder if your old listings are coming up in a google search. I have often searched for an item on google and out of date ebay listings come up in the results.

But the OP is asking about shutting down their store, at $27.45 or more per month. Clarification would be required as to whether they mean what they asked or what we assume.

I found the wording odd-needing to shut down their address-but thought they may mean closing their ebay account.

If they haven't been selling in 3 years, it would be very odd to keep paying $27.45 a month for a store.
